- Quality of products and services
At all times, demonstrate that the products or services it offers are generally of a quality meeting the certification standards set by the National Building Code or any other applicable public standard.
- Compliance with the law
Comply with all laws, paying particular attention to those concerning business hours and days, labour standards, pay equity, and occupational health and safety. Fight underground work by referring only to licensed professionals registered with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec or members of professional orders.
- Solidarity and engagement
Agree to engage in dialogue among members, with the Board and with senior executives on any matter that may lead to constructive action in the general interest — not for the protection of private interests.
